Description
Vintage Pelikan 140 fountain pen in the classic green-striped finish, produced in Germany during the mid-20th century.
This is the characteristic green and black striped version of the Pelikan 140, fitted with a black cap and gold-coloured trim.
The cap ring is marked “Pelikan 140”, confirming the model.
The fountain pen is equipped with an original 14 karat / 585 gold Pelikan nib. The Pelikan 140 was produced between the early 1950s and mid-1960s and remains a popular vintage Pelikan model among collectors.
The pen uses Pelikan’s traditional piston-filling mechanism.
Condition:
Good vintage condition with normal signs of age and use. The finish remains attractive and the striped barrel presents well. Please examine the photographs carefully for the exact cosmetic condition.
