Description from the seller
Ballantine’s 30 Years Old – Blended Scotch Whisky
A historic expression from the House Ballantine’s
This bottle represents a rare and fascinating expression of Ballantine’s 30 Years Old, belonging to the historic tradition of the famous Scottish producer George Ballantine & Son Ltd. of Dumbarton, Scotland. It is a 30-year-old Blended Scotch Whisky, with alcohol content indicated on the label at 43% vol., presented in a format of about 75 cl.
Label and era identity
Particularly interesting is the original cream-colored paper label, with a deliberately classic and refined character. At the center stands the elegant script Ballantine’s, accompanied by the heraldic coat of arms and the historical phrasing related to the producer. There are also references to royal names and to the long tradition of the house, elements that give the bottle a marked collectible appeal.
On the neck is affixed the characteristic band with the wording “Aged 30 Years,” while the stopper and the cap, together with the typographic and graphic styling, help to evoke a strong vintage atmosphere, very distant from contemporary productions.
A collectible piece
More than a simple bottle of whisky, this specimen presents itself as a testimony to the commercial and liquor history of Scotland in the twentieth century. The traditional graphics, the long aging stated, and the particular label layout make it a particularly interesting object for collectors of historic whiskies, vintage bottles, and memorabilia related to the great Scottish houses.
A bottle with strong historical and aesthetic character, in which container, label, and period details together tell the long Ballantine’s tradition.
ACCURATE AND TRACEABLE SHIPMENT.
