Description from the seller
Oil painting on canvas from a collection.
Hand-signed by the contemporary Italo-Spanish artist, Davide Serrano, with a double gallery stamp.
Title: Shoulder to Shoulder
Measurements: 70x55 cm
Year: 2026
Davide Serrano is an Italo-Spanish painter whose work investigates the fragile balance between instinct and consciousness through the human figure and recurring symbolic presences, in particular the eagle. His works fuse references to classical tradition with a contemporary pictorial language, where fragmented color, matter, and monumental bodies create a suspended psychological tension.
Between strength and vulnerability, Serrano’s figures appear captured in moments of introspection, conflict, or transformation, suggesting an inner dialogue between primal impulse and human awareness. His practice stems from a search for emotional truth, in which the body becomes at once subject and metaphor.

NB: The artwork will be shipped in a sturdy tube suitable for dispatch. The colors of the painting may differ slightly from the photos due to screen settings. In person, the artworks are more beautiful than in photography: one can appreciate the hypnotic beauty of the oil colors coming to life on the canvas.
