Description from the seller
We are pleased to present the Marlen Peaceful World Collection. Marlen for a world of peace! This is our motto for this new limited edition launched for the 'Incontri per la Pace' in Naples from October 21 to 23, 2007. Marlen had the honor of collaborating with the Sant’Egidio community to realize this special project. 15 special pieces of this collection were donated to political and religious authorities (including His Holiness Pope Benedict XVI) during this special event. Barrel and cap in Italian resin turned from a solid bar, clip, small rings on the cap and barrel in 925 silver. The ring on the cap bears the inscription 'for a world of peace'. The central silver band on the barrel is customized with the Sant’Egidio community symbol in bronze. Collection consisting of 388 pieces for the fountain pen and 188 pieces for the roller.
