Montblanc Patron of Art Series Limited 4810 Patron of Arts Marquise de Pompadour 2001, a 4,810‑piece limited edition with a Meissen porcelain cap hand‑decorated with a sepia rose and the crossed swords emblem, gold‑plated metal body with white lacquered vertical inlays, 18‑carat solid gold nib, fine point, never inked and in near‑new condition, length 13.4 cm, diameter 1.4 cm, made in Germany.

Bellissima Montblanc Patron of Art "Hommage à Marquise de Pompadour" 4810 del 2001 in an edition limited to 4,810 pieces. Collectible fountain pen that celebrates the Rococo taste of the famous French noblewoman. The distinctive feature of this masterpiece is the cap in fine white Meissen porcelain, hand-decorated with a sepia-colored rose and the emblematic mark of the blue crossed swords. The body of the pen is made of metal richly plated in yellow gold, enriched by white lacquered inlays with vertical lines inspired by the splendor of the Versailles court. The writing system uses a traditional piston filling mechanism integrated into the barrel. Nib in solid 18-karat gold, fine tip (F) finely hand-engraved with period motifs. The pen is presented in as-new condition, never inked, kept in an elegant dedicated wooden presentation box and accompanied by documents and a counter box.
