Description from the seller

A stunning and rare vintage lever cigar cutter from the renowned German quality manufacturer CTS (Carl Tiling Sohn) of Solingen, the world hub for high-quality steel and cutting tools.
This concerns Model 309, better known under the striking model name "Cocos". This name refers to the beautiful, undulating Mid-Century relief pattern on the metal housing, which mimics the natural fiber structure of a coconut.
The item is in excellent, glossy vintage condition with only minimal signs of use and age. The mechanism operates very smoothly and the Solingen steel is razor-sharp. On the lever is the authentic brand stamp (the c†s shield logo with the cross) crisply struck.
An extra unique feature is that this luxury cutter comes complete with its original cardboard storage box, including the original stamps of the model number and the name "Cocos". A fantastic collector's item for the true tobacciana enthusiast and Mid-Century design lovers!
