The Macallan Rare Cask

The whisky is presented at 43% ABV in a rather lovely decanter. Sherried

Macallan is always a winner, and this expression is wonderfully complex.

Nose: Sweet and meandering. Vanilla, raisins, chocolate, apples, lemon, orange, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
Palate: Raisins, vanilla, and chocolate.
Finish: Warming. Lemon zest.
