Diabolik n. 14 - La donna decapitata - Diff. Ingoglia - 1 Comic - First edition - 1964

Diabolik First Series No. 14
- "The Decapitated Woman" - Original First Edition (February 10, 1964)
- Distribuzione Ingoglia
published by Astorina on February 10, 1964. This is the very first original edition (Year III, no. 14), distributed at the time by Ingoglia.
This issue also marks the historic official debut of Luciana Giussani in the editorial team beside her sister Angela.
The issue is entirely original from 1964, complete in all its parts (including the puzzle pages, the horoscope and the final jokes), not restored and preserved in genuine condition.
The outer page trim shows the typical blueish/blue coloration. In 1960s black-and-white comic collecting, this was the official method used by local distributors to mark copies destined for the "ediculari returns" circuit. This detail is an additional and excellent guarantee of absolute originality of 1964.
Conditions:
Front Cover: Very vivid and contrasted colors. Shows normal signs of age-related wear along the edges and corners, with slight dents. Tiny surface abrasions and small reading marks near the spine, but no paper loss or tearing.
Excellent color retention on the blue background. Slightly rounded corners. Note a small pen signature from the era at the top right.
Spine: Intact and solid. Slightly browned with time but free of major cracks or obvious losses.
The block is firmly attached to the cover, giving the impression the album has never been paged, except for the first page of the story, which is detached.
The inner pages show the classic and natural even yellowing of newspaper-paper from the era, but the paper is perfectly healthy and not fragile.
Cryptic crossword section intact.
Please note that the issue features some handwritten notes inside, as shown in the photos.

The highly detailed photos serve as the description.

Rigid, well-cared-for, and traceable packaging
