This is a vintage furisode, the formal long-sleeved kimono traditionally worn by unmarried women in Japan for special occasions such as coming-of-age ceremonies, weddings, and other celebratory events.
The garment features a striking design composed of overlapping stylized cloud motifs in vivid green, soft grey, ivory, and yellow-gold tones against a creamy white ground.
