About the work:
The perfectionism of Victor Vasarely imposes an absolute quality standard that only at that time the feats of Basel presses could satisfy.
Thus, between 1971 and 1978, Editions du Griffon, in Neuchâtel in Switzerland, were entrusted by Victor Vasarely with the realization, distribution, and dissemination of 19 albums and 12 screenprints, bringing together the compendium of his works.
This unique print from a portfolio was designed and supervised by Victor Vasarely himself, and it is with this same commitment to quality that Editions du Griffon gave exceptional care to these series of albums printed in the 1970s, identifiable by the copyright on the back of the prints.
