About the work:
Vasarely’s perfectionism imposes on him an absolute quality standard that only at that time the presses of Basel printers could satisfy.
Thus, between 1971 and 1978, Editions du Griffon, in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, were entrusted by Victor Vasarely with the realization, distribution and dissemination of 19 albums and 12 serigraphs, bringing together the best of his works.
This unique print from a portfolio was conceived and supervised by Victor Vasarely himself, and with the same concern for quality Editions du Griffon gave exceptional care to these series of albums printed in the 1970s, identifiable by the copyright on the back of the impressions.
