Description from the seller
Madame Butterfly is an impressive work from 2019 by the renowned Rotterdam-based artist duo Chinnoe & Vlemmix.
This artwork, measuring 180 × 120 cm, is mounted in a plexiglass frame.
It is number 1 in a very limited edition of only 5 pieces, underscoring its exclusivity.
The artwork depicts beautiful ranunculus flowers in a blue glass vase. At first glance it appears to be a realistic photograph of a floral still life. However, upon closer inspection it becomes clear that the perfection of the image transcends reality.
