Montegrappa Fortuna Silver Mule fountain pen in stainless steel (Acero inoxidable) of Italian origin, 13.7 cm long, 1.3 cm diameter, fine nib, 1 piece, from 2000–2010, in good used condition with light signs of wear and fully functional; no original outer box, only inner base and papers included.
Description from the seller
A0000003462
The piece is presented in very good overall condition, preserving intact the contemporary personality and the characteristic industrial appeal of the Silver Mule finish.
The body and cap retain their original brushed metal finish, with the uniform satin that is typical of the model. There are slight micro-surface marks from use, visible only under direct light or close inspection, absolutely consistent with careful use and not intrusive to the overall aesthetics of the piece. No structural dents, dings, or deformations are observed.
The metal clip maintains its correct alignment and firmness, functioning properly. The engraved ring “Montegrappa” retains clear and elegant definition.
The steel nib engraved, marked F (Fine), is in very good visual and structural condition, with no damage or alterations to the nib tip. The breather fins (gavilanes) maintain proper alignment and the feeding system shows no visible anomalies. The writing is fluid and consistent.
The cap closure system works correctly, ensuring a firm fit.
Presentation:
The original outer box is not present due to aesthetic deterioration of the box itself. Only the inner base/support that holds the pen and the original papers is included.
Overall, this is a well-preserved fountain pen, fully functional and ready for immediate use or collection, with light signs of responsible use and no defects that would affect its performance or aesthetic presence.
