This exceptional piece is a very special and highly collectible example of the iconic S.T. Dupont Gatsby model. The entire exterior is covered with a beautifully crafted silver-clad finish, featuring highly detailed classical and Baroque-style decorative motifs.
The front and back are decorated with intricate floral and scrolling motifs, together with finely executed relief work that gives the lighter a luxurious and sophisticated appearance. The green stone details and central decorative stone create a striking contrast with the silver craftsmanship.
The lighter features the characteristic elegant shape of the Gatsby model and is equipped with a Double Flame system. As shown in the photographs, the flame mechanism is fully functional and the lighter is in working condition.
The bottom of the lighter bears the “Italy 925” hallmark and the serial number 23/99, indicating that this is number 23 of a limited edition of only 99 pieces.
