The body and cap in precious glossy black lacquer feature a wavy texture enriched by gold details that recall the sumptuous regal robes of the queen. The gold-plated fittings faithfully reproduce the historical embroidery of the book "The Glass of the Sinful Soul", a work hand-decorated by Elizabeth at the age of only eleven. On the cap stand out the emblems of the British crown and the Tudor rose, while the central ring bears the famous governmental motto of the monarch: "Video et taceo". The gold clip is adorned with a green synthetic cabochon-cut garnet, and the nib (M, medium) in rhodium-plated 18-carat gold is decorated with a refined royal crown. The pen is in near-new condition, with a prestigious glossy wooden box and documentation.
