Andrea Loria is an Italian painter whose work develops around the landscape conceived as visual experience and memory. His works originate from the observation of real places, subsequently reworked in the studio through a process of formal synthesis, in which color and structure become the central elements of the composition.
Through material fields and chromatic stratifications, Loria builds spaces suspended between figuration and abstraction, where reality is transformed into rhythm, light, and atmosphere. His painting is characterized by a balance between gesture and control, maintaining a contemporary dialogue with the tradition of European landscape.
NB: The work will be shipped inside a sturdy tube suitable for shipments. The colors of the painting may differ slightly from the photos due to screen settings. In person, the artworks are more beautiful than in photography: one can appreciate the hypnotic beauty of the oil colors coming to life on the canvas.
