Artistic CV – Toni Cimino
Toni Cimino is an Italian contemporary painter with over 30 years of artistic activity. His research focuses on the contemporary landscape, through evocative atmospheres, plays of light, and chromatic depth.
He has collaborated with Atena Galleria di Como, Galleria San Giorgio and Art Eventi Mazzoleni of Bergamo. He has exhibited for several years in Portofino and participated in artistic exhibitions and events in Italy, France, Germany and Austria.
In 2012 he was selected among the 49 finalists of the Premio Arte Mondadori, exhibiting at La Permanente in Milan.
He has participated in art fairs in Genoa, Padua, Piacenza and Parma, also staging a solo show at the Broletto in Milan.
His works express a personal quest for light, for silence and for the suspended atmospheres of the landscape.
