Description from the seller

Fabio Accorrà’s photograph in a limited edition with FRAME 40x50 cm INCLUDED.

A thoughtful person, in a yellow suit, set against the Norwegian fjord on a gloomy summer day. It is all that can restore color balance.

I create photographs meant to endure over time, not to be consumed in a few seconds on a screen.

My name is Fabio Accorrà and I create Fine Art photographs in Limited Edition, printed and framed with high-quality materials and designed for collectors, art enthusiasts, and spaces that seek character.

My work stems from personal research. Each photograph results from a careful gaze and a conscious choice: nothing is random, nothing is produced in series.

Each work is produced in a limited number of copies, signed and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity. I personally oversee every phase of the process, from creation to final print, to ensure that each piece fully reflects my vision.

I believe in the value of printed photographic works and in the power of images capable of accompanying a space and those who inhabit it, day after day.

Who I Am

Born in 1984, a lifelong traveler, he approached photography in the 1990s, developing the first rolls and using Polaroid. Photography has left an indelible mark on every journey, from the confined landscapes of Lapland to the chaotic life of New York and Tokyo, from desert sands to the power of Icelandic nature, to the far corners of Greenland. From Salgado to Steve McCurry, his inspiration leads him to range from travel photography to traditional black-and-white.

His publications and photographic exhibitions across Italy are diverse. Notable among the most important: in 2019 he published The Colors of Japan, published by Erga, a photographic project that tells his journey in Japan, and in the same year he exhibited at the Consulate General of Japan a photographic show with an excerpt from the book’s photographs. In 2020, success with the photographic exhibition “The Colors of Japan” at the Edoardo Chiossone Museum of Oriental Art in Genoa.

He served as a judge at the Wiki Loves Monuments photography contest with Wikimedia Italia for the Abruzzo Region in the 2019 and 2020 editions. In May 2021, also due to the pandemic that kept him from long travels, he published “The Colors of Genoa” (Erga Edizioni), a photographic book that tells the beauty of his beloved city. In June 2022 he published his third photo book, “Venice: Colors and Words of Silence” (Erga Edizioni), a photographic reportage that portrays Venice as never seen before, deserted during the last lockdown.

In December 2023 he received the “Genova Talent Prize 2023” from the Mayor of Genoa, Marco Bucci, upon the proposal of Genoa’s Talent Committee of the Municipality of Genoa.

In September 2026, together with sea photographer Andrea Izzotti, he conceived and curated the photographic project “Oceans of Ice, Seas of Gold,” which became a photographic exhibition at the Galata Museum of the Sea in Genoa from September 11 to October 18, 2026.

He is the author of the cover photo for the book “È già domani” by Genoa Mayor Silvia Sals, published by Feltrinelli Editore and released on October 13, 2026.

Seller's Story
