M.K.A. - Man Ray (1890-1976) - Sculpture, Cadeau - 16 cm - Cast iron - 1974

MAN RAY (Philadelphia USA 1890 - Paris France 1976)
The gift, 1921-1974 is an edition authorized by the artist during his lifetime. It is a Ready-made, an iron from the early years of the twentieth century displayed in its resting position. The domestic tool is cast iron and on the plate are welded 14 metal nails. Signed, titled and numbered 2884/5000 on the handle. Accompanying the work are the certificate of authenticity signed by the artist, his plexiglass display stand (cm 31.5 x 16 x 16) and the original cardboard box (cm 34 x 18 x 17). The latter somewhat worn by time but in good condition. The plexiglass display stand is in perfect condition, as is the work.
The photographs were taken through the plexiglass.
The item will be perfectly packed and shipped with tracking via Poste Italiane or a courier.
