An exclusive Montblanc Patron of Art Homage to Andrew Carnegie fountain pen is offered, released in 2002 as a tribute to the famous philanthropist Andrew Carnegie. This edition belongs to the prestigious Patron of Art series and is worldwide limited to 4,810 pieces.
The fountain pen is made of 925 sterling silver (Ag925) with rose-gold-colored accents and a black precious resin cap, bearing the iconic Montblanc emblem. The design is inspired by Art Nouveau, an art movement that Carnegie actively supported. The solid silver edition with fine vertical engraving gives the pen an elegant and timeless aura.
The fountain pen features an 18-karat (750) two-tone gold nib with the characteristic lily engraving, typical for this edition. The nib uses the well-known Montblanc piston-filling system.
