Description from the seller
Oil painting on canvas from a collection.
Hand-signed by contemporary artist Adriano Ferretti and with gallery stamp.
Title: Lines and Silence
Dimensions: 70x55 cm
Year: 2024
Adriano Ferretti was born in Bologna in 1976. Italian artist, he develops a figurative painting with a fragmented, contemporary language, where deconstructed faces, intense gazes and broken geometries become tools to investigate identity, memory and interiority.
Inspired by the avant-gardes of the 20th century, Ferretti builds vibrant compositions, traversed by bright colors, bold black lines and enigmatic presences. His works transform the human face into an emotional mask, suspended between expression, introspection and visual tension.
NB: The artwork will be shipped inside a sturdy tube suitable for shipping. The colors of the painting may differ slightly from the photos due to display settings. In person, works of art are more beautiful than in photography: one can appreciate the hypnotic beauty of the oil colors coming to life on the canvas.
