Description from the seller
Lot of 7 vintage collectible lighters.
1st: vintage tabletop gas lighter Martin Regal (produced roughly in the 1970s), with flint to be replaced. Dimensions: 8x5.5x2
S ⇄ L (Flame Regulation): The top screw adjusts the flame height. Turning toward S (Small) lowers the flame; turning toward L (Large) raises it.
FLINT (Pietrina): Under this screw is housed the tube with the spring that pushes the flint against the knurled wheel to generate the spark. When the lighter no longer sparks (as in this case), you need to Unscrew this cap to insert a new universal flint.
FILL (Refill): It is the inlet valve for the fuel. Unscrewing the metal protection (if present or integrated into the screw itself) gives access to the nozzle where you insert the butane gas canister.
2nd: vintage pocket lighter gas/gasoline, made of cast brass or zama metal with an antique bronze/copper finish). Part of a collection of biker or western style lighters very popular in the 1980s. Functional flint. Dimensions: 5x3x1.5
3rd: vintage Kingstar Venus gas lighter, characterized by a slim rectangular structure, a gold-plated finish with finely engraved surface and a knurled ignition roller on the side. Predominantly from the 1970s. Gold-plated surface with fine engraving. Fueled by refillable butane gas, with flint ignition via roller. The design strongly inspired luxury lighters of the era, such as the famous Dunhill Rollagas models. Functional flint. Dimensions: 6x2x1
4th: vintage tabletop ship-shaped lighter, made of metal (usually brass or patinated zama).
Flipping the object, on the bottom of the hull there are screws to insert the flint and the valve for refilling butane gas (or the reservoir for gasoline, depending on the exact production era). Often these lighters were produced in Japan or Europe between the 1950s and 1970s as collectible items, souvenirs, or promotional gadgets for shipping companies. Functional flint. Dimensions: 9x4x2
5th: vintage pocket lighter, with a metallic, retro design reminiscent of the structure and mechanisms of historic Austrian trench or collectible lighters, similar to models produced by Imco or Thorens.
With lights on the front side. Working.
Dimensions: 7x3.5x1.5
6th: collectible cigar-shaped lighter, faithfully reproducing the look of a Cuban cigar with band (paper band). This specific model features graphics inspired by the famous Cohiba Habana brand. The top (the head of the cigar) acts as a snap-on cap to reveal the ignition mechanism.
In excellent condition (refillable).
Dimensions: 8.5x1.5x1
7th: vintage rechargeable lighter of the CIAO brand, produced in the early 2000s as part of a collectible series with graphics dedicated to Dylan Dog, the famous character from Sergio Bonelli Editore comics. In excellent working condition (refillable).
Dimensions: 8x2.5x1
