AI-assisted summary
Description from the seller
Oil painting on canvas from collection.
Hand-signed by contemporary artist Marco Valli and stamped with the Gallery seal.
Title: Nighttime and rain reflections
Dimensions: 70x70 cm
Year: 2026
Marco Valli is an Italian artist whose painting research focuses on the contemporary urban landscape, studied as a space of memory and perception. His works arise from architectural fragments and metropolitan glimpses that are progressively simplified and layered through glazes, erasures, and material overlays.
The city, in his canvases, loses its narrative dimension to become a silent surface, suspended between presence and dissolution. Figures and details emerge as temporary traces, suggesting a slowed time and an introspective vision of urban space.
NB: The artwork will be shipped inside a sturdy tube suitable for shipping. The colors of the painting may differ slightly from the photos due to screen settings. In person, artworks are more beautiful than in photographs: one can appreciate the hypnotic beauty of oil colors coming to life on the canvas.
