Black Sabbath – Vol. 4 (US) from 1975, a Warner Bros. BS 2602 pressing with the distinctive palm-tree labels and a T1 runout (Terre Haute), complete with original gatefold sleeve, intact photographic booklet, and original inner sleeve in Excellent condition.
Description from the seller
A desirable 1975 US pressing of Black Sabbath's Vol. 4, issued on Warner Bros. Records under catalogue number BS 2602. This edition features the distinctive mid-1970s Warner Bros. "Burbank" palm-tree labels, a notably different appearance from the earlier green-label US editions. Of particular collecting interest is the "T1" marking in the runout, which identifies this copy as having been pressed by the Columbia Records Pressing Plant in Terre Haute, Indiana – a detail that distinguishes this pressing within the broader catalogue of Vol. 4 reissues. The album retains its original gatefold sleeve and arrives complete with the photographic booklet still fully intact inside, an important feature that marks a truly complete copy. The original period inner sleeve is also included. Vol. 4 remains one of the essential records from Black Sabbath's classic Ozzy Osbourne era and features "Wheels of Confusion," "Tomorrow's Dream," "Changes," "Supernaut," "Snowblind," "Cornucopia" and "Under the Sun."
⸻
Sleeve (EX):
The original gatefold presents in excellent condition with a strong overall appearance. Light corner wear consistent with age is visible, while the structure, artwork and edges remain very well preserved. The internal photographic booklet is fully intact with no detached or loose pages. Original period inner sleeve included → EX
Vinyl (EX):
The vinyl retains a beautiful original gloss and presents extremely well. There is some light surface haziness but no significant distracting wear or major marks. A small edge chip is present, located far from the audible area and resulting from pressing rather than play wear, making it barely visible. Overall a very attractive EX example → EX
