Description from the seller
A superb 1986 US reissue of The Rolling Stones' debut album England's Newest Hit Makers, issued by London Records / ABKCO under catalogue numbers 73751 / PS 375. This edition comes from the 1980s ABKCO reissue series and is immediately recognisable by its distinctive red ABKCO labels, which give it a strikingly different appearance from the earlier London pressings. Originally released in 1964, England's Newest Hit Makers introduced the Stones to the American LP market and captures the band during their earliest rhythm & blues period, featuring classic cover interpretations and originals including "Not Fade Away," "Route 66," "I Just Want to Make Love to You," "Honest I Do," "Carol," "I'm a King Bee" and "Walking the Dog." This copy has been exceptionally well preserved, with the sleeve still retaining its original shrink wrap—a significant detail that speaks to careful storage and handling throughout its life.
⸻
Sleeve (EX):
The sleeve remains in excellent condition, protected by the original shrink wrap. Only minimal storage or handling wear is visible, with the artwork remaining bright and very clean throughout.
Vinyl (NM):
The vinyl is in superb Near Mint condition, displaying a beautiful original gloss with extremely little evidence of previous play or handling. A genuinely clean copy.
