Description from the seller
Sheaffer Prelude 349 fountain pen and matte olive-green ballpoint set with gold finishes
Elegant pair of Sheaffer Prelude writing instruments, part of late 1990s American production. The refined Matte Green GT finish combines a deep matte forest green with precious 23-carat gold-plated details, creating a harmonious overall look with classic lines, balanced proportions, and a particularly elegant presence.
The fountain pen features a refined two-tone steel nib with engraved decoration, black grip section, and Sheaffer cartridge filling. The coordinating ballpoint faithfully echoes the same design, with a practical twist mechanism. Notable are the golden clips with the characteristic White Dot Sheaffer, the engraved central bands, pearlized end inserts, and the original geometric emblems on both caps.
The two pens are in excellent condition, preserving the charm and refinement of their original finish. The lot is accompanied by a Sheaffer box for black ink cartridges, a tasteful accessory that nicely completes the presentation of the set.
