Rotring 600 - No reserve price - Fountain pen

PLUMA ROTRING 600. MADE IN GERMANY. NEW, UNUSED. ITEM N.O.S.
This is a magnificent piece and highly coveted by collectors. It is an original rotring 600 Fountain Pen (Fountain Pen) from the "Old Style" series, manufactured in Germany between the late 1980s and the 1990s.

1. Model and Design
Body: Made of solid brass with a matte black finish (often called Matte black). Its hexagonal design is inspired by technical drawing tools to prevent the pen from rolling on the desk.
Grip: Features a metal knurled section, an iconic rotring characteristic that provides a firm, professional grip.
2. The Nib
In the photo you can see a stainless steel nib. From the nib width and the crown engraving that can be distinguished, it is the standard highly durable version.
Tip: It is an F (Fine) point, as indicated both by the marker on the cap and the inscription on the pen’s finial.
3. Special Details (Authenticity Indicators)
Adjustable point indicator: The cap has a knurled window with a red ring where you can turn a dial to show the ink type or point (in this case marked as "F").
The "Red Ring": The distinctive red ring at the top of the cap is the brand’s hallmark.
Click-lock: This model is famous for its locking system using small metal brackets or tabs in the grip section that secure the cap with a very satisfying sound.
4. Condition and Value
Condition: UNUSED. BRAND NEW. Appears in excellent condition. The knurling is clean and the red rotring 600 logo remains vibrant, which is rare as it tends to wear with use.
Context: rotring stopped manufacturing these fountain pens years ago (the current version of the 600 series is only made as a ballpoint and a mechanical pencil). This makes it a cult object.
This pen takes standard international cartridges or a standard converter.
