- History -

Zippo is an iconic American brand founded in Bradford, Pennsylvania, in 1932, internationally recognized for its windproof lighters and collectible commemorative designs.

This distinctive Zippo Precision alarm clock features an engraved design commemorating Japanese singer Chisato Moritaka and her 1996 Yokohama Arena event.

The front panels display a decorative illustration, the inscription "CHISATO MORITAKA 1996 YOKOHAMA ARENA," and the engraved number "No.0798."

The central analog clock features a white dial, black Roman numeral hour markers, the Zippo logo, and an alarm indicator.

The Zippo case bears the date code "A XII," corresponding to January 1996, making it an interesting example of a period commemorative accessory.

Combining Zippo's recognizable metal case design with Japanese music memorabilia, this piece is attractive to collectors of Zippo accessories, Chisato Moritaka memorabilia, and Japanese entertainment collectibles.
