The 3D objects handmade by Maxim Wakultschik are based on precise and complex calculations. The mathematically precise and accurately constructed works form a formal order from a chaos of seemingly independent and detached elements. His multilayered and complex objects are an interplay of light and shadow, which create a vibrant and strong illusion of reality. These proactive 3D objects change their state depending on the perspective and invite the viewer to take ever-new angles—thus, the works are perceived as kinetic objects.
