Title: Broken Sun
Dimensions: 70x50 cm
Year: 2026
Sovrek is a contemporary artist who explores the human face as an emotional and symbolic space. Through layered and vibrant painting, his figures emerge from chromatic fragmentations that dissolve traditional identity to reveal deeper interior states. Color becomes narrative material, able to transform the figure into a psychological presence rather than a representation. Sovrek's works sit in a dialogue between figuration and abstraction, where the heritage of classical painting meets a contemporary sensibility, creating images suspended between tension, vulnerability, and introspection.
