Reference / Edition: "51" Custom Aerometric (Teal Blue), ridged gold-filled cap with Parker imprint
Length: 13.8 cm
Diameter: 1.15 cm
Nib: F
Period: 1950s – 1960s (Aerometric version, produced approx. 1948-1969)
Materials: Body and cap of the nib in turquoise blue resin/Lucite (Teal Blue), outer cap in gold-filled metal with vertical ridges and a crown with feather‑like ribbing, arrow clip without Blue Diamond, metal retaining ring between cap and barrel; hidden gold nib with visible tip; Aerometric filling system (smooth barrel with no rear blind cap).
Condition: Good overall condition for its age. The blue body retains a bright, uniform sheen, with no dents, cracks, or material loss; only micro-scratches visible in backlighting and the rear end intact. The gold plating on the cap remains bright across almost all of its surface, with signs of use and a wear zone and dark stains on the lower edge, near the imprint "PARKER", which is partially legible; fine signs of handling are also visible on the ridged lateral area. Nib tip straight and undamaged. The operation of the filling mechanism is not observable in the photos.
Accessories: Only the loose piece; no box or papers visible in the photos.
