Description from the seller

Experience this authentic snapshot of the time history of the past decades with this original photo - taken by renowned photographer Robert Günther. Here you see 1 photo from the self-shot collection of about 11,600 (!) pictures:

Jimi Hendrix, captured by me personally at the Hamburger Star-Club on March 17, 1967 at 10:30 PM (the 1st of 2 concerts that night). I stood on the Star-Club stage with him! This image was later digitized. It was one of my first “photo montages,” handmade with scissors and glue, which I digitized in the early 2000s and had produced in the photo lab in 2026. For today’s photographers it’s almost unthinkable what one used to do with photos to achieve a collage.....

This photo, carefully developed on high-quality FUJIFILM Premium photo paper with a thickness of 230-240 g/m2 and a brilliant glossy finish, comes directly from the original black-and-white negative/black-and-white slide/color negative/color 6x6 cm slide! (35mm, 6x6 cm). The size of approximately 21 x 30 cm makes it a unique enrichment for any photography and music collection. Of course it is personally hand-signed by me (partly with a ballpoint pen), so no print!!

ROBERT GÜNTHER - 31.05.1946 - GERMAN - Hand-signed with a felt-tip pen or ballpoint pen on the back bottom right - From my private collection of roughly 11,600 images since 1966 – NEW and in the photo lab, produced from the original analog material, partly in 2026.
