Hubertus Hierl (*1940) was able to photograph Pablo Picasso with his consent during a bullfight in Fréjus (Southern France) (7.8.1966). A stroke of luck! The photographs show Picasso in an milieu that for the rest of his life belonged to his great themes: bullfighting.
