Description from the seller
This is a beautiful photograph by Croatian painter Romano Grozic, a "personal" study carried out during his long "Milanese" period, during which he worked continuously for L'Uomo Vogue, Vogue Pelle, Cosmopolitan and Harper's Bazaar, as well as Vanity Fair and Condé Nast's flagship publication, namely Vogue...
Romano Grozic was also the author of the book "Woman", where we find a collection of imposing analog black-and-white photographs focused on the female body, the texture and the intimacy of light, printed on giant backlit canvases. The work was exhibited with enormous critical acclaim at the Lauba Gallery in Zagreb, reaffirming his stature as a reference point for contemporary fine art photography
This beautiful image, dated 1986, Grozic was then twenty-five, is duly hand-signed by the author, measures 34x23 cm, is in excellent condition, and represents, as already said, a "personal" studio photograph by the author.
