Montblanc - Robert Louis Stevenson - Ballpoint pen

Montblanc Writers Edition Homage to Robert Louis Stevenson Limited Edition Ballpoint Pen - Full Set (Madrid Boutique)
Magnificent and highly sought-after luxury writing instrument belonging to the famous Montblanc "Writers Edition" collection, released in 2023. This masterpiece offers a sophisticated tribute to the Scottish novelist, poet and essayist Robert Louis Stevenson (1850–1894), immortal author of world masterpieces such as "Treasure Island" and "The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde".
Design of Excellence and Literary Details:
• Body and Cap: Designed with a unique form that evokes the silhouette of the historic extendable spyglass used by sailors and pirates of the era.
• Artistic Engravings: The body features intricate geometric engravings recalling the veins of treasure chests and maritime maps. The cap is adorned with a refined, finely decorated coating depicting the legendary pirate ship "Hispaniola" and a hidden compass.
• The Treasure Island Icon: The absolutely classy detail is concealed at the top of the cap, behind the platinum‑plated clip (shaped like a mooring bitt). The crown features the famous Montblanc emblem surrounding a skull with crossed tibias finely carved, a direct tribute to Captain Flint’s treasure.
• Signature and History: Stevenson’s original signature is elegantly reproduced on the side of the cap, while the rings bear the date of his first literary success.
