Title: The Priestess of Color
Dimensions: 70 x 55 cm
Year: 2026
Sovrek is a contemporary artist who investigates the human face as an emotional and symbolic space. Through layered and vibrant painting, his figures emerge from chromatic fragments that dissolve traditional identity to reveal deeper interior states. Color becomes narrative material, capable of transforming the figure into a psychological presence rather than a representation. Sovrek's works sit in a dialogue between figuration and abstraction, where the heritage of classical painting meets a contemporary sensibility, creating images suspended between tension, vulnerability, and introspection.
