Title: Broken Light
Dimensions: 70 x 55 cm
Year: 2026
Sovrek is a contemporary artist who investigates the human face as an emotional and symbolic space. Through layered, vibrant painting, his figures emerge from chromatic fragments that dissolve traditional identity to reveal deeper inner states. Color becomes narrative matter, capable of transforming the figure into a psychological presence rather than mere representation. Sovrek's works place themselves in a dialogue between figuration and abstraction, where the legacy of classical painting meets a contemporary sensibility, creating images suspended between tension, vulnerability, and introspection.
