AI-assisted summary
Description from the seller
1978 made in Germany , Hopf Meisterwerkstatten Classical 1978/4 Concert Guitar in Excellent Condition
Solid Spruce top (a thin top)
Neck is Mahogany
Classy rosewood Fingerboard .
Multi-ply wood bindings all around body. Back and sides (look to be) solid rosewood.
Premuim woods and craftsmanship. A delight to hold & to play!
serial/ date : 17/07110 Dez. 1978
The guitar has no breaks- cracks nor repairs! There of course are lots of little dents scratches and mini dings.I would say nothing unusual for the age, only cosmetic issues. Some seams of wood binding together are obvious, drying of the wood and the fact that the finish of the guitar is extremely thin, this also would be called normal.
The neck is straight with a hair bit of relief(which should be considered 'healthy).
String height at 12th fret is at around 4mm.
25.70 inch scale
width of neck at nut 52.30mm
width of neck at 12th fret 63mm
depth of neck at 1st fret 20mm
depth of neck at 9st fret 23mm
The tone is loud deep and beautiful. Very chimey, lots of overtones.
Please watch to see and hear the beautiful performance of this guitar on our YouTube video, the link:

Recently has been cleaned & set-up, strings are a new Savarez.
The guitar comes with TRIC foam hardcase in Very good condition. Floats on water, can stand still by itself! and is very very light albeit giving a maximum protection for the beloved instrument.
Will be very well packed in carboard box.
International shipping is available.
