The work belongs to one of the most extraordinary graphic editions by Friedensreich Hundertwasser: Although the edition comprises a total of 10,002 copies, each single sheet was produced in an individual color variant.

Hundertwasser thereby realized his claim to grant every single copy an independent artistic identity even within a large graphic edition.

The present copy No. 8058/10002 is characterized by its especially expressive, predominantly green color composition with vivid red, turquoise, and blue accents.

The motif unites typical elements of his visual language: organically grown architecture, imaginative window forms, human faces, and the close connection of nature, humanity, and built environment.

The metallic-refracting engravings give the work added depth and a special optical effect.
