Description from the seller

This black and white photograph explores the relationship between the natural human body, adornment, and restraint. Metal chains wrap around the body, creating a striking geometric structure that contrasts with the organic contours of the skin. The interplay of light and shadow emphasizes both the texture of the metal and the delicate details of the body, while the blurred silhouette in the foreground introduces a sense of intimacy and distance. The photograph juxtaposes vulnerability and strength, nature and construction, revelation and mystery. The result is a visual study of bodily identity and the boundaries between freedom and control.

Printed on premium Fomei Cotton Textured 240 is a deep matte, textured fine art inkjet paper with a 100% cotton backing. Reproductions made on it will not fade: it is acid-free and does not contain optical brighteners. The photo is stamped and signed by the artist.
