Maita is proud to present an exclusive collection of pens inspired by great philosophers, in particular Anaximenes, one of the most influential pre-Socratic thinkers. This collection represents a fusion of art and philosophy. Anaximenes, known for his theories about air as the fundamental principle of all things, is the inspiration behind this exclusive line of pens.
This series, limited to only 199 pieces, is made in precious Italian brown resin and silver. The pen design is characterized by a clip that reproduces one of the universal symbols of philosophy. The cap band—in silver—is engraved with Anaximenes’ profile on the front and the motto: "Like our soul, which is air, that sustains us, so the breath and the air surround the entire world" on the back, reflecting his vision.
At the top of the cap is set a coin depicting an owl, the symbol of philosophy, considered so by Hegel in the nineteenth century.
