AI-assisted summary
Description from the seller
Oil painting on canvas from a collection.
Hand-signed by the contemporary artist Sovrek and bearing the Gallery stamp.
Title: Chromatic Storm
Size: 70 x 55 cm
Year: 2026
Sovrek is a contemporary artist who investigates the human face as an emotional and symbolic space. Through layered and vibrant painting, his figures emerge from chromatic fragmentations that dissolve traditional identity to reveal deeper inner states. Color becomes narrative matter, capable of transforming the figure into a psychological presence rather than a representation. Sovrek's works sit in a dialogue between figuration and abstraction, where the heritage of classical painting meets a contemporary sensibility, creating images suspended between tension, vulnerability, and introspection.
