Description from the seller

Eko TL 300 Telecaster guitar, bought new in September 2026 by a contemporary artist (bio attached and studio photo) to create a unique and customized instrument. The guitar body has been hand-inlaid, reproducing musical and decorative motifs. The inlays have varying depths to create more movement on the instrument’s surface, and inserts in steel have been applied; some of them have been hand-engraved. The guitar is new, so it has only been played for setup and functionality checks. The strings are new, and it will be supplied with the original jack cable and tuning keys. It will be carefully packaged and shipped via courier.

Biography

Andrea Oliva was born in Milan on 15/02/1973. He attended a classical high school, then followed his own instinct, left the gymnasium and enrolled at the Caravaggio Art High School, from which he graduated in 1992, and subsequently at the Brera Academy of Fine Arts. He plays in several musical groups, both as a drummer and guitarist, and simultaneously attends studios of established artists, beginning a lengthy period of collaboration with some of them, from which he learns the specific techniques of sculpture. He also worked for a period at the historic plaster workshop "Fumagalli e Dossi". He began a constant series of solo exhibitions, the first in 1994, and group shows; he participates in sculpture symposia and competitions, becomes a member of the Museo della Permanente in Milan. He also dedicates himself to painting and to writing poetry, some of which has been published in specialist journals. He creates commissions for plaques reading "Doctor of Philosophy in Chemical Sciences and in Industrial Chemistry" for the University of Milan in 2004 and for the University of Insubria (Varese-Como) in 2005. He has produced several public monuments; one of the most important is a funerary monument located in the Cimitero Maggiore of Milan.
