Materials: Body and grip section in high-gloss black resin/plastic, cap in stainless steel with satin finish, clip and cap band in polished steel with the characteristic White Dot, cap band engraved "SHEAFFER'S - MADE IN USA", integrated nib in PdAg. Filling system: Snorkel with retractable tube that extends beneath the nib when the rear section is rotated, typical of the PFM model.
Condition: Very good overall condition for its age. The black body retains intense shine, with no cracks or appreciable bite marks; the steel cap shows normal use with fine micro-scratches and some superficial marks visible against the light, more noticeable around the clip area. Clip firm and White Dot intact. Nib straight, with no bends or misalignment visible in the photos. The Snorkel filling system has not been tested; on items of this age it is common that it may require servicing/replacement of the sac and seals, so it is sold as-is.
