Artist’s Statement:

I wanted to create a portrait that feels like a fragment of a forgotten myth. The crown represents authority, the bird embodies a freedom that cannot be possessed, and the long hair introduces an almost surreal presence, as though the figure carries a world of her own. Through the contrast between rich colours and deep shadows, I explore the tension between control and wildness, revealing a character who belongs entirely to herself. Her secret is never explained; it is left for the viewer to discover.

My work spans portraiture and landscapes, beginning with photographic capture and evolving through painting, AI, and digital manipulation. I aim to create visual worlds where memory, identity, and imagined space overlap, dissolving the boundaries between what is seen and what is felt.
