For transformations, the impossible battles and cosmic threats, there was only one path, a yellow cloud and a band that explored the world.
La Route des Nuages returns to the energy of the first Dragon Ball: Goku as a child on Kinto-un, the tail still visible and the Nyoibo on his back, Bulma riding on her Capsule motorbike, Oolong just behind her. An era where adventure hinged less on power than on the pleasure of setting off without knowing exactly what would be around the next bend.
I built this scene as the meeting of two visual memories. On one side the manga that has guided an entire generation. On the other side the rules of the Japanese woodcut: dizzying mountains, carved pines, large red disc, graphic clouds, calligraphic cartouches and seals that structure the image. The setting is not merely a background: it transforms the journey of Goku, Bulma and Oolong into a true mythical quest.
Precisely this contrast interests me in SKE: to let dialogue occur between a pop culture icon and an artistic writing style that combines tradition, texture and modernity, without losing what it immediately recalls.
This piece targets those who not only see Goku but also remember when it all began. Not yet an unbeatable legend. Just a boy, his friends, a road... and the impression that the whole world still had to be discovered.

- TIPS FOR FRAMING

Your artwork is shipped rolled and protected in a tube.

Upon receipt, carefully remove it and lay it flat for 48 to 72 hours so it regains its shape before framing.

The ISO formats (A3, A2, A1…) are very easy to frame with standard frames available in DIY or home décor stores.

Personally I use aluminum frames from Leroy Merlin: simple, elegant and affordable; they set the works off perfectly.

- BIO ARTIST:
SKE is a French self-taught and versatile artist who has delved into the cult of the 80s/90s and thus has influenced a large part of his body of work.

He constantly discovers new techniques: acrylic paint, collage, stencils, graffiti, urban installations and digital art. His dynamic and expressive compositions, often with double meanings, combine the raw energy of street art with the visual impact of pop art.

After an exceptional year in 2025, appreciation for SKE has risen notably. Winner of the first prize of the Urban Master competition (2023), subsequently proclaimed Revelation of the Year at the Color Jam Challenge (2025).
SKE was chosen as "Artist of the Month" in October and also received a mention in an American art magazine, reinforcing his international recognition.

His works have already been exhibited in major venues in Europe, the United States and Asia, strengthening his position in the contemporary art scene. Additionally, SKE also makes an impression on the market for digital works, a major trend of the past two years, enhancing the allure of his creations for collectors.

Icons from popular culture, bold graphic designs and playful textures characterize a style that has become indispensable.

SKE is undoubtedly an artist to follow, to start or enrich a collection with growth potential.

Much-valued and award-winning artist – Pop Art & Contemporary Street Art

A UNIVERSE BETWEEN HERITAGE AND MODERNITY
SKE’s work is part of a prestigious lineage. In his line we recognize the visual efficiency of Keith Haring and Andy Warhol, while he implements the subversion of Banksy or the pioneer Blek le Rat. His works form a bridge between eras: they revise classics, without flinching from a playful shift of the Mona Lisa by Vinci, Vermeer’s Girl, The Great Wave off Kanagawa by Hokusai or Picasso’s disjointed forms to confront them with a modern urban aesthetic close to Mr Brainwash or Kaws.

POP CULTURE & NOSTALGIA
Dipping into the collective imagination, SKE manipulates icons of our youth. He brings Disney’s universe to life with figures like Mickey or Pinocchio, and the symbolic greed of Scrooge. The influence of gaming, comics and graphic novels is ubiquitous: from the Nintendo universe and the legendary Game Boy, to the Pokémon characters (Pikachu, Dracaufeu, Ash), and Marvel superheroes. SKE immortalizes these memories in the style of Daniel Arsham or Takashi Murakami.

LUXURY, HYPE & SELLING TEMPTATION
In a style that sometimes recalls Alec Monopoly, the artist plays with the codes of success and materialism. The dollar symbol beside luxury brand and fashion house logos. His canvases capture the aesthetics of the "Hype": the sneaker universe (Nike Air Jordan, Adidas, Off-White) and haute couture (Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Louboutin). Adrenaline from the automotive world (Ferrari, Porsche, Bugatti, AMG) and precision watches (Rolex, Tag Heuer) also appear, alongside mass-consumption icons such as Coca-Cola. It is a fiery art, with textured finishes that sometimes approach the glossy finish of Jeff Koons or the facets of Richard Orlinski.

These works are ideal to enrich a collection or bring a dynamic tone to your space.
