Andre Lichtenberg’s C-print *EC, 10min Beach Walk* was printed in 2026 as edition 3/30 and is hand-signed.
Description from the seller
One of the earliest artworks from The English Channel project. A painterly and dreamy C-print from a body of work that studies the border between UK and Europe. The series uses an aesthetic of selective multiple exposures to illustrate the border. The project investigates the concepts of memory, hope, migration and the manipulation of truth in politics, while exploring the blurred lines between real and the imagined. Print number 3 from a small edition of 30.
The print is titled and hand signed on verso and has an embossed artist stamp on recto. The lot comes with a signed & dated Certificate of Authenticity. The print will be shipped flat, (tracked and insured) protected in acid free materials between two rigid boards and reinforced packaging.
André Lichtenberg images have been selected for and the winner of several international awards. His large scale prints have been exhibited in museums and private galleries worldwide, including the Barbican Centre London in 1998, Centre Pompidou/IRCAM, Paris in 2015/16 and Fabrica, Brighton in 2018. His artworks are present in numerous international art collections including the prestigious Joseph Cohen Family Collection in NY and the NHS Trust, UK.
