The metallic elements with a platinum finish — including the clip, center band, and gripping area — remain in excellent condition, with a uniform shine and no significant wear. No loss of plating or notable dents are observed, maintaining an elegant and well-preserved appearance.

The clip is firmly in place, correctly aligned and functional, with the Montblanc engraving clearly defined.

The transparent upper dome shows good clarity, allowing the floating Montblanc emblem to be seen clearly. No cracks or significant opacities are detected, only minimal superficial marks derived from use.

The twist mechanism operates smoothly and precisely, responding correctly, which indicates good mechanical condition of the whole.
