AWork of art in every stroke: Marlen's ART series celebrates the most influential artists in the history of art.

▬▬ CONCERTO (CARAVAGGIO)
Marlen's Arte collection is enriched with a new masterpiece: a fountain pen and a rollerball dedicated to the famous painting Concert (also known as The Musicians) created in 1597 by the Italian painter Caravaggio. The canvas was commissioned by Cardinal Francesco Maria Del Monte, who aimed to imprint the cultural climate of his court: the work indeed depicts three youths engaged in the practice of music, among sheet music and string instruments. The pagan allegory also features, on the left, a winged Amorino taking grapes, a probable erotic key to reading the gesture. The second figure from the right, in the background, bears features similar to those of the painter (but it has not been proven with certainty to be an autoportrait, even if idealized).
A limited edition, available in 5 different colorways, each produced in 100 fountain pens and 50 rollers, for a total of 150 pieces; this collection in particular is made in Italian brown swirled resin with light internal veining. On the pen barrel, in quartz, the miniature of the artwork is reproduced, a detail that makes each pen a unique piece. Two decorative rings close it at the ends, adding a touch of elegance.
The band on the cap is engraved with the name of the work and the author.
At the top of the cap, a disc reproduces the Marlen logo, a symbol of quality and craftsmanship.
With the “Arte - Concerto” collection, every stroke becomes an artistic experience, a tribute to art and beauty.
