Max Ernst (1891-1976) - Aus der Mappe: Lewis Carrolls Wunderhorn

Original color lithograph by the surrealist artist Max Ernst from his graphic series “Lewis Carroll’s Wunderhorn” (published 1970 by Manus Presse, Stuttgart). The fantastical composition, rendered in bold blue tones, shows a typically quirky, figurative being in Ernst’s unmistakable, enigmatic style.
